Wow. That was the reaction from my wife, family, and friends who have seen the house. ILG did an outstanding job completely renovating a house built in 1972 which had deteriorated over the years due to neglect. JB was wonderful to work with, fully addressing any concerns we had. He made recommendations for changes we wanted and worked with us to keep the costs down. He was responsive to our calls/texts and kept us apprised of the progress of the work on a weekly basis. Since we live in a different city, JB has even gone by the house since the project was completed to check on it. That level of service and concern was not expected but truly appreciated.
